Claudia R. Capriles, Esq. is an attorney at Moore Rabinowitz Law, who has dedicated her legal career to the practice of marital and family law.
After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in December 2001 from the University of Miami in Criminology and Political Science, Claudia went on to attend St. Thomas University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in December 2004.
Claudia has considerable knowledge and experience in all aspects of family law matters, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce, complex and high-asset divorce cases, time-sharing disputes, child support issues, parental relocation, alimony or spousal support issues, post-judgment modifications, paternity actions, and mediations. She has been listed as a Florida Rising Star by the Florida Super Lawyers Magazine in 2010 and 2011 and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Marital and Family Law Mediator.
Claudia is a proud mother of one child and one fur-baby – a beautiful Doberman named Bella. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family.
