Adam G. Rabinowitz
Adam G. Rabinowitz concentrates in the areas of complex business litigation, real estate litigation, professional liability defense and general counsel services. Mr. Rabinowitz prides himself on providing zealous representation for businesses and individuals to achieve efficient and strategic resolution of complex matters. Mr. Rabinowitz is experienced in all phases of litigation, including strategic planning, discovery, settlement negotiation, trial, and appeals.
Mr. Rabinowitz represents small and large institutional clients in a variety of fields including healthcare, staffing, and construction. Representation of these different organizations involves civil litigation concerning the following areas: contract disputes, employment, partnership/corporate break-up, real estate, general liability, and healthcare related claims.
In the construction and real estate arena, Mr. Rabinowitz has represented developers, contractors and design professionals. In the healthcare field, Mr. Rabinowitz represents a multitude of organizations including nursing homes, home health agencies, physician practice groups, staffing companies and medical supply companies.
